Weber
Weber grills are versatile and burn charcoal, natural gas, liquid propane, and the brand even has electric grills. Depending on the model you choose, these grills allow you to cook directly (for searing or broiling) or indirectly (similar to roasting). If cooking with a gas grill, be sure to preheat the grill with all burners on high and then adjust the temperature from there. With Weber charcoal grills, a smoky flavor is achievable, even without a wood pellet grill. Add damp hardwood chips or moistened fresh herbs directly onto the coals before cooking your food.
