I went in to buy a lawn mower and there were three employees working. One of them was busy with a customer, another was Shannon, the manager, and the third was a new employee in training. The new employee, Pam, was very kind and offered her help despite being what I imagine was her first day on the job. Shannon came over to help Pam through the checkout process. Both women were great to work with, and Shannon was beyond amazingly helpful. This store is now officially my store of choice for tools and appliances.
